Joanne is a Research Director and has been in the industry for over 16 years. She honed her skills working for Millward Brown before heading off to work with two of the best known independent agencies; Sadek Wynberg and Discovery Research.
She now works alongside Matt at Atticus where she specialises in qualitative research. Joanne has worked across many sectors, including the energy sector, with some of the largest organisations.
She has conducted studies with a range of audiences from large corporates to new business start ups and all segments of customers, from the vulnerable to the more astute and higher net worth. Projects have spanned a range of categories, but the heart of her work is focused on understanding the consumer experience and the customer journeys they have gone through; painting the full and complete picture to her clients and bringing them to life, rather than simply reviewing a proposition or piece of communication in isolation.
